The Eden Sports Clinic has been great. I’m a keen cyclist who had a bad accident 10 years ago, resulting in a lot of complications. Since using Eden Sports Clinic to try and mend pain in my back, shoulders, neck and hip I am back on the right track. A definite thumbs up from me.

I have found my time with Clare such a positive experience. She looked at the whole person, and regularly reassessed my needs. She is motivating but also challenging when necessary. I found her innovative, friendly, pleasant to be with and easy going. I would recommend her strongly as I feel she is very professional and yet still very approachable.

Paul is a top class S&C and Sport Science professional who I have been lucky to work with and know for many years. His broad knowledge base and ability to combine all aspects of athletic performance allows him to create and tailor sports performance programmes unique to each individual he works with. His curiosity in human health and performance will make sure no stone is left unturned in any athlete’s physical preparation and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his services.

Hayley listens well to my concerns and areas of pain and tension. She has worked with me to help to reduce my pain and muscle tension. The exercise prescription is really useful and is helping me to get stronger. I have recommended Eden Sports Clinic to friends.
