Sports and Remedial Therapy
Sports and Remedial Therapy
Sports and remedial therapy is a specialist deep tissue massage that aims to relieve muscle aches and pains.
It is not only beneficial for those that exercise, but it is also extremely effective for those that suffer with long term discomfort caused from general day to day activities such as desk related posture, gardening, repetitive strain and non-specific back pain.
By using specialist techniques, sports massage can be used to treat muscle fatigue, strains, sprains, cramp, scar tissue and adhesions left after injury or surgery, relieves severe tension within the muscle, connective tissue and fascia and helps to speed up recovery by encouraging the body to return to optimal health.
