I first went to Eden Sports Clinic with a back injury. Hayley‘s treatment and guidance to help Hill and support me recovering the physical strength that I thought I’d lost forever. Paragraph I now see her for maintenance of physical health bracket which for me also boost my mental health) and I would recommend her to anyone else for the same.

Excellent therapy. My therapist managed to find the root cause of my muscle pain and resolve it, along with providing different stretching routines to prevent future pain. Highly recommended.

I have had the pleasure of being taught Pilates by Clare for a many years. Before we start we always chat about my problem areas and what l need out of our session. Clare takes the moves at your pace explaining how and what we are trying to achieve, can easily spot problem areas without you even being aware of and is able to suggest how to get the most out of these moves. Clare is always very supportive and encouraging which makes you feel you can move your body in positions you didn't believe you could achieve. After l had a shoulder operation Clare was able to adapt the class to my needs to accommodate the pressure on my shoulder. Clare was very helpful and I always feel much taller and relaxed after my class and more in tune with my body.

I’ve been using the sports clinic to help resolve issues in my back and hamstrings and have found Hayley‘s techniques and practices to be excellent. She took the time to understand the initial aches and pains. Furthermore she helped me to focus on exercises away from the clinic to encourage my recovery. Additionally, the conversation is great fun, something especially diverting when some of the more painful manipulation kicks in!

It has been a great experience working with Paul, and I definitely will be looking to continue working with him in the future. He works around you, and makes sure you have options. He really helped me make weight so easy, and all whilst eating much more than I have done previously, even sneaking in chocolates here and there for the mental rest-bite too! He ensured that I comfortably made weight, whilst feeling fit, fueled and strong. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed working with him and will definitely have him in my camps in the future, because of the results that I’ve seen. A great and fun guy to work with.
