How to Raise a Complaint
If you are unhappy with the service provided, we ask that you tell us as soon as possible. We will respond to any concerns as quickly as possible.
All comments and complaints are taken seriously, regardless of their nature. You can provide feedback as follows:
During your visit: If you have a concern, please ask to speak to the senior person on site. Where possible, they will resolve your concern immediately.
After your visit: If you remain dissatisfied please fill in our Complaints Form.
