About: general practitioner specialising in health screening, weight loss, menopause and frailty.

Clinical Interests: Dr Desai has an interest in creating a safe space for patients feel heard, understood and fully supported throughout their healthcare journey.
She has a passion for holistic healthcare and has a whole person approach when working closely with patients.
Her combined passion for both medical and holistic healthcare not only addresses immediate health concerns but also promotes long-term well-being.

Experience: Founder and medical Director of the reign GP clinic. General practitioner in both private and NHS practice. Local medical director at Brighton Station centre.

Prof. Mike Loosemore

Sports and Exercise Medicine Doctor

About: Prof. Loosemore’s groundbreaking work has earned him an MBE for services to Sports Exercise Medicine, alongside numerous awards, namely the Sir Robert Atkins Award and the David Hemery Award. He has a PhD in the Pathophysiology of Boxing Injuries and works at the forefront of concussion research. His career has and always will be dedicated to improving care for athletes, children, and anyone dealing with injury, especially concussion.

Beyond the clinic, Prof. Loosemore’s influence extends globally. He has travelled multiple times with national squads to the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, and World Championships, as well as working with world-renowned sports professionals. He uses his expertise to help athletes perform, recover, and achieve their best.

Clinical Interests: Knee injuries Knee osteoarthritis, Infrapatellar fat pad syndrome, Shin splints, Muscle strain, Frozen shoulder, Rotator cuff injury, Tennis Elbow, Concussion (adult and teenagers), Head injuries and Back pain.

Clinical Interests: Structural Osteopathy, Dry Needling and Myofascial Therapies, Cervical and Lumbar spine, Knee and Ankle injuries. Post-surgical recovery of knee conditions.

Experience: Knee unit physiotherapist at Alicante’s Hospital (Spain). Senior MSK Physiotherapist in private settings and GP’s. Senior Physiotherapist at Nuffield Health. Involved in physiotherapy mentoring with Miguel Hernandez University (Alicante).

About: Structural Osteopath registered with GOsC. Becky believes in the importance of patient education when it comes to explaining her treatment plan as well as providing personalised patient aftercare.

Clinical Interest: Posture and Alignment for all ages, cranial osteopathy and functional movement with a passion for Womens Health.

About: Penny graduated in 1995 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. She was inspired during a student placement to follow a career in neurology and has worked in neuro rehabilitation for 25 years.  She is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapist Interested in Neurology (ACPIN). Penny is passionate about neuro rehabilitation, has taught on courses and loves making a difference in people’s lives. 
 
Clinical interests: Bobath Concept 
 
Experience:  Penny maintains links with the inpatient rehabilitation setting working 2 days a week at Neuro rehab unit Queen Elizabeth Foundation. She is a founding partner of Neurotherapy Partnership where she continues to work 3 days a week.
