I came to Clare’s classes when another Pilates instructor went on maternity leave. I was diagnosed with Hypermobility as a teenager and have learnt to manage it ever since with a combination of regular osteopathy, Pilates and horse riding. Clare was excellent in understanding my issues on a week to week basis and adapting exercises to suit me. I definitely feel like I’ve increased my range of movement since attending her classes and it has helped me to keep my condition under control by building my overall strength, especially around my core. Clare will always ask the group at the beginning of the class if there are any specific issues that week so she can adapt the class to help to free up any areas of tightness or avoid/adapt certain exercises which may aggravate issues. If anyone is thinking of trying Pilates I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clare as her knowledge of biomechanics alongside Pilates allows her to get to the root of a lot of issues which you may not even recognise yourself!

Hayley was very approachable and made me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and created A great program of exercises for me to continue at home to support my recovery. Would definitely recommend her to a friend and use her in future.
