Hayley listens well to my concerns and areas of pain and tension. She has worked with me to help to reduce my pain and muscle tension. The exercise prescription is really useful and is helping me to get stronger. I have recommended Eden Sports Clinic to friends.

Paul is someone who is enjoyable to work with, but also pushes you to get the absolute best out of yourself. He focuses on the little details that can make the extra percentage count when it comes to performance, whether that’s in the gym, with nutrition, or with recovery. Everything has a reason behind it, and working with Paul allowed me to compete at the top level, whilst adjusting program’s for my injury history, to ensure I can still continue to improve in every aspect of my well-being.

I have been doing a Pilates class with Clare for a few years and she truly is an incredible teacher. The way she is able to explain body movements enables me to visualise what the muscles are doing with each exercise. When Clare mentioned Yamana workshops I was intrigued having not heard of the discipline before. Straight away the concept made sense, the idea of using or rolling on different sized balls to release and lengthen muscles sounded much more intuitive than some traditional stretches (which too have their place). The idea of my body - and mind - naturally letting go of tightness with encouragement from a ball specifically placed feels kinder, where the outcome is still achieved.
